How long does my order take to ship and what are shipping costs?

Dahlia Tubers- Tubers will ship between mid- April and mid-May, once the risk of freezing temperatures have passed. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. You can expect your package to arrive within 7 business days of shipping notification.

Shipping rates remain high. We strive to do our best at keeping or prices as low as possible for our customers. Shipping prices shown below.

Flat Rate- $8

To request combined shipping, please email us with your order numbers to northridgeacresllc@gmail.com. We can’t combine orders unless we receive an email from you. After, we receive an email we will refund the difference in shipping cost.

Local Pickup- Are you local? Don’t want to pay shipping cost?

We offer local pickup at our farm stand in Kent City, MI. Please allow us at least 24 hours to pull your order before picking up. You will receive an email when order is placed at the stand for pickup.

Does preloading my cart guarantee availability?

Adding items to your cart DOES NOT reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once you complete check out and receive an email with order confirmation. Some varieties will sell out sooner than others-tubers move fast.

What is your return policy? 

We appreciate your your support & want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee that dahlia tubers will arrive in the mail with at least one visible eye. We ask that your inspect your order to confirm and email us at northridgeacresllc@gmail.com within 7 days of your order arriving if you have concerns. If for some reason, you aren’t satisfied, we will work with you to make things right. We just ask that you understand we cannot be responsible for damage from pests, bad weather, poor growing conditions or negligence. Although, we do our best to fully inspect our fields and plants and remove if any show signs of diseases we can’t guarantee disease 100 percent.
